Job Duties & Responsibilities:
~Intake, Assess, Prioritize, Manage, and Implement Agent Experience project requests.
~Develop systems that create automated efficiencies to allow for more speed, agility, scalability, and sustainability of the company’s growth.
~Help develop a smoother, more incentivized, and motivating agent experience for pre-onboarding and onboarding through the process of gamification
~Ensure non-duplicated efforts and efficiency between attraction, operations, and onboarding teams.
~Inter-departmental collaboration to develop and implement projects and convey the needs of the growth department
~Identify potential growth limiting factors and develop solutions
~Continually evaluate and report on systems and procedures used to maximize efficiency
~Identify ineffectiveness in the team and present solutions
~Develop reports for accountability as well as past, present, and forecasting
~Delegate to appropriate team members to implement each project/set of tasks
~Train team members on new policies, procedures, and systems
~Maintain team accountability for projects, tasks, and action plan(s)
~Communicate with the appropriate team members about all events
~Develop, facilitate, and maintain standard operating procedures and review quarterly
~Develop viable long term solutions for compliance, record keeping, data tracking, and exceptions tracking
~Develop attraction tools and resources to made available to agent population
~Potential travel when needed at major events attendance and support
~ BA/BS in business administration or related field strongly preferred
~ High School Diploma/GED required
~ PMP preferred
~ 5+ years of management experience required
~ 2+ years experience in the real estate industry preferred
~ Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
~ Experience in project management including but not limited to: Intake, Assess, Prioritize, Manage, and Implementation of project requests
~ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
~ Work in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment with autonomy
~ Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using the highest degree of integrity and sound judgment
~ Advanced experience in Google Suite, Excel, task management software, Trello and other task management software required
