Remote Commercial Software Sales Director

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Software Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Hire, train and motivate your sales team
Drive your team to successfully achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
Establish and monitor KPIs that align to your team’s business plan
Required Skills:

Willingness to travel up to 30%
SaaS Sales Leader with 5+ years’ experience managing a team of 6-10 quota carrying reps
Experience leading “hunting” focused teams
Experience scaling sales teams and revenues within a SaaS environment
Proven leadership qualities, including selecting and developing staff, communicating a vision and inspiring teams
