We are looking for a Deployment Planner to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the inventory at our demand points across our supply chain to ensure inventory is dispersed appropriately to maximize customer service and minimize aging risk.

Here are the things we want to hire you to do:

Establish and maintain safety stock quantities of each SKU at all 3PLs by demand

Monitor productions and releases with copackers and work with the Transportation team to manage appointment times to transfer product direct to customers and 3PLs upon release

Analyze and manage transfer orders within our ERP and Transportation and Inventory teams to minimize cost

Work with Planning team to ensure master planning is flowing effectively within our ERP

Collaborate cross departmentally with Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory, and Transportation teams to understand the inventory constraints and needs at Oatly North America

Define and execute replenishment strategies that optimize the inventory positions across the supply chain

Expedite, de-expedite, and re-plan to meet changing requirements of stock levels and customer orders, to minimize inventory risk

Track and communicate date coding risk at 3PLs to the team

Identify opportunities to ship at risk inventory from non-optimal 3PLs to reduce scrapping

Establish and update scorecards on aging, out of stocks, days on hand, and replenishment across all SKUs

Here are the things we think you need:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred

5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning

Experience working with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plus!

Experience in Microsoft applications for reporting, advanced excel skills are required

High degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks

Good verbal and communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities

Willingness to accept new responsibilities and challenges
