Looking for a well-rounded Virtual Assistant who can help our company keep the details of our products up-to-date on various web platforms. Along with keeping product/pricing information accurate, we need someone who has some graphic design skills so that they can create email marketing campaigns and help us track our client statistics.
Here are some of the tasks we need help with:
Updating Product Information
– Updating products on websites
– Adding/Removing products on websites
– Research product information
– New products / trending products in our industry
– Create weekly pricing emails and mass marketing email advertisements
– Track open rate and useful client statistics
– Create email marketing for advertised products.
– Able to create product marketing flier
– Graphics to assist with email marketing
– Find and correct missing product data
– Keeping product data synchronized and updated for our websites
– Improve our Business-to-Business sales or website rating. Help make our website and company stand out among the larger companies in our industry.
– We are based in California – I am looking for someone who available to communicate if there is a problem and to have check-in meetings during my work hours. For example, if you have a problem with a task I would like to be able to talk/chat with you during my work hours of 7am-4pm PST to get the problem resolved.
