About the role…

HashiCorp has an amazing opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter who will recruit for FInance, Sales and Support roles.  You will be a key member of our team that will be instrumental in building our world class talent organization in India.  This includes developing and implementing strategies to help us scale as we continue our worldwide growth.  We are looking for someone who thrives in an innovative and fast-paced setting. The right candidate will manage processes, juggle multiple and sometimes changing priorities and work well with remote team members and hiring managers in different countries and time zones.

In this role you can expect to…

  • Provide exceptional customer service and full life-cycle recruiting for Corporate positions (Finance and Sales initially)
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the business, candidates and team members
  • Manage client and business expectations using market expertise, data and business acumen to educate and influence
  • Consult and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends and health of candidate pipeline 
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels while building a strong network of long term resources
  • Own, manage and drive full life-cycle recruiting process from intake, sourcing, interviewing and offer
  • Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and manage candidates’ motivation for the role and company
  • Present offer recommendations to business, lead offer negotiations and complete detailed reference checking
  • Become a brand ambassador for HashiCorp and communicate our story in an exciting way

You may be a good fit for our team if you have…

  • 8-10 years’ experience recruiting, preferably with start ups or DevOps organizations
  • Strong and proven networking ability with the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of sources
  • Proven experience partnering and building productive relationships with business partners and other team members
  • Must be able to manage conflicting and often changing priorities, while being extremely adaptable
  • Highly detail oriented, ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment and the ability to be highly influential
  • High sense of urgency, takes a proactive approach to talent acquisition
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as GreenHouse
  • Humble yet confident and resourceful
  • Self directed and able to work independently with little supervision
