In this leadership role, the Director of Sales Engineering is responsible for building a world class sales engineering go-to-market team as well as help execute the sales go-to-market strategy.  As the Director of Sales Engineering, you will lead a team of Sales Engineers who engage with customers and prospects educating them on the value and benefits of our solutions and technology.  You will motivate a diverse team that supports the end-to-end sales process through value-based discovery, product and process demonstrations, customer testimonials and best practices.  You will also help with the support of trade shows, industry events and demand generation activities.  Key Responsibilities:·        Leading and coaching an existing team of Sales Engineers.  Hiring to scale as we continue to grow ·        Optimize strategies, cadences and processes while providing the support needed to scale·        Work closely with sales leadership to qualify opportunities and build strong demand pipeline·        Ensure team delivers exceptional customer experiences with high quality, value-based demonstrations and customers engagements·        Partner with product and marketing teams with new product launches·        Participate in tradeshows and other company and industry events Required Experience: ·        Leadership & Coaching– Experience in leading Presales/Sales Engineering teams in a high growth SaaS company·        Creative problem solver and experience with Design Thinking and Value Based Selling·        Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills·        Previous experience with EHR, ERP, CRM platforms·        Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related discipline·        Proven ability to work with clients in a consultative role, enhancing their interest in, and ability to work with our solutions·        Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamIt is the policy of PointClickCare to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law.
