Facts: We have a large rental building with a couple years of tenant leasing history.
Problem: We would like to have 1 excel sheet that would have all the data including amount collected vs amount allowed to collect.
Details: The sheet will have to be able to filter by apartment. It should include details as in tenant name, Rent amount, move in date, Lease start, lease end etc.
There are also rules on how much we are allowed to raise the rents each year, its based on several factors including but not limited to: new tenant or not, year of lease. etc
Conclusion: There some more details but the point is we should be able to per apartment how much we were allowed to charge rent vs how much we actually charged per lease term per apartment.
