We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our remote team. This is a full-time, independent contractor position open to applicants in the U.S. and ideally on the east coast. 
– Develop and propose ongoing growth strategies to increase client base
– Find and cultivate leads via email, phone, and Zoom
– Build rapport quickly, within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email
– Use a consultative approach to selling 
– Assist with proposal and contract creation
– Stay on top of the latest industry trends and news
– Keep HubSpot as well as other internal tools updated on a daily basis 
– Work with Reliable team members to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all recommendations provided to current and prospective clients
– Collaborate with Reliable management, onboarding, and marketing team members on promotions, communication, company-wide improvements 

– 2+ years of outbound (cold) sales experience
– A strong track record of success – consistent achievement of KPIs 
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
– Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills 
– Prior experience with design, front-end development, and/or WordPress
– Prior agency, design, and/or tech industry experience
– Ability to work with a team or independently
– Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively and troubleshoot 
– A friendly, cheerful, warm personality
