Customer Support Data Analyst
Clearbit is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Data Analyst to take us to the next level. We often compete (and win) against companies 10x our size, and we’re looking to grow rapidly over the next year. With our data, we help enable modern marketing and sales ops teams like those from Segment, Hubspot, Asana, and Intercom.
The Customer Data Analyst is a high accountability role, and comes with a tremendous level of ownership and growth potential. This is a Tier 2 Customer Support role that will work in a backend capacity and focus on internal operations. We offer a highly collaborative environment with tons of growth potential.
In this role you will:-Work across teams supporting Sales and Customer Success in concurrent data query requests/reporting/projects, including analyzing and extract insight from our logs-Use our data and provide meaningful insights to Support Leadership-Effectively communicate data patterns and anomalies to internal teams
At Clearbit, you’ll:-Investigate and resolve system errors and bugs-Become an expert in how marketing and sales ops teams view and leverage data-Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics teams-Provide insights based on customer usage trends
Nice to have:-1 year experience in client facing B2B SaaS Support Engineering
