We are a small real estate company who specializes in finding deals.
Our unique lists require someone who can use online tools such as propstream, people search, or similar property/ county clerk records.
Ideally, you can help build up our existing GOOGLE DRIVE, organize, scrub data, prep lists for printing or mailing,
BONUS** if you know how to navigate US city/town clerk offices for certain lists.
Have MAJOR attention to detail.
Knows some real estate or even minor in US real estate lingo and terms.
Hours can. be flexible. but need to be accountable.
We work off of US EAST COAST time. But you can do data management off hours or close to ours for some LIVE communication.
We love to zoom and stay connected.
for now, we believe this job to be part time. 20-30 hours. but could open up the door to the right organized person for full time – bigger wages. for sure!
