We run a number of B2B conferences each year. They are all virtual at the moment. We’d like to find someone who could assist with a range of tasks associated with assisting one of our company directors:
Data entry – registering delegates, speakers
Small research projects (finding contact details, logos etc.)
Some web updates (nothing too technical)
The person needs to have excellent written and oral English, they need to be very well organized and have good attention to detail. They must be very comfortable and confident on the phone. Our events are global – so flexible hours are important.
It will likely be that hours are light at first as we get used to each other. As we get close to events the role is full-time. We are aiming to run 4-6 events in 2021.
Hourly Range: $6.00-$16.00
