We are looking for an admin extraordinaire to help create ~50 share certificates for investors in our latest funding round for our startup.
We have a Google Sheet with the investors’ names and addresses.
And we have a share certificate template in Google Slides.
Each investor needs a share certificate creating, and then it needs to be printed to PDF and saved in a consistent file format to Google Drive.
For communication, we will invite you to Slack and we will work with you on the project through there. We will also share access to a Google Drive folder for accessing the template and investor list, and for uploading the certificates to.
Estimated time: 2 hours.
This is a starter project for other work like this, so if this project is successful we have various other admin assistance tasks that we need help with.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$20.00
