<Director of Sales-JD>

Key responsibilities

Build and shape the vision, global strategy, approach, coordination, engagement planning, and success metrics for a global account.
Generate incremental revenue and help increase existing direct revenue from our top global accounts
Build a ‘ground up’ comprehensive business plans, global in nature and local in execution, that will drive top-line revenue growth
Develop and maintain C-level relationships to expand our presence, and educate and inform on the power of fandom’s platform
Work with regional sales leadership to establish/set strategic objectives and goals that maximize business impact
Regularly consult with local/regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their markets
Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaboration
Communicate global account strategies with internal stakeholders (regional GMs & local sales leads) while driving local and regional consideration

Preferred Qualifications:

BA or BS degree
10+ years of relevant global account management experience in client-side marketing, agency, have run a global business for a platform/publisher, or have a media sales and/or consulting background with strengths in pitching and negotiating
Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Experience managing global marketing agendas across multiple markets and cultures
Extensive strategy development and consultative skills among sophisticated brand marketers
Truly global experience operating at global networks or with global brands in previous roles and have a deep understanding of cultural nuances by countries, cultures, and languages
Strategic with strong analytical skills; experience using quantitative and qualitative data, and can storytell to bring an action to analytics
Driven as well as entrepreneurial with a strong sense of personal organization and project management abilities
Creative thinker, problem solver, and passionate about going beyond benchmarks
Thrive in creative and content environments requiring right-brain creative thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will be showcased while working with internal and external leadership

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience with growth efforts in international markets.

– Experience in consumer marketing, video marketing, and vertical (eComm, local, etc) audience marketing.

– Experience working in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.

– At least 1 year of experience in Blockchain

 

<Director of Marketing-JD>

Responsibilities

– Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing efforts that drive adoption and engagement of fandom’s products leveraging multiple channels both paid and organic.

-Develop audience segmentation, determine growth narratives at the personalized level and identify product funnel stage.

– Partner with product teams to develop performance-driven growth efforts.

– Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.

– Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.

 

Qualifications

– BA/BS degree

– 10+ years in managing large-scale campaigns across diversified channels (paid, organic, web, social media, influence marketing, etc…).

– Good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy.

– Experience working with and managing agencies.

– Platform and tool independence – able to thrive using any platform, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals.

– Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.

– Leadership experience either with direct people management or leading high-profile projects.

 

Preferred Qualifications
