Receive a row of information in an excel document.
Hand type this data into our database.
There is a title. A dollar amount. And there also might be a custom definition of the line item to enter.
Once complete you will be sending the information by pressing confirm and send to client.
You will be looking at completed jobs. There will be attachments such as photos. You will take create a link to the photos and email the client.
You will select a completed job. You will add a line item by selecting “edit”. You will add a merchant fee line item. You then will need to copy the exiting final charge and add it to the notes of the line item “merchant fee” that you just created (customer does not owe the merchant fee if they write a check. They will owe _____ (existing dollar amount of job)).
Once the correct notes are entered into the line item, you will add the merchant service fee amount with a calculation given by management, and add that dollar line item.
You will then send the final invoice to the customer.
We have videos for each of these tasks and create new videos if changes occur.
These tasks need to be completed as they become available throughout the day. There will be an emphasis to get these tasks completed immediately, and most importantly, without a mistake.
Hourly Range: $3.00-$5.00
