We are seeking talented members with experience in Data Entry, Social Media Management, or Web Design. This position’s work is Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule, and starts as a part-time employee with the potential to go full-time.
Data Entry Specialist
Data Entry Specialist who can do the following:
Prepare and sort documents for data entry,
Enter data into database software, and check to ensure the accuracy of the data
Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
Create data backups as part of a contingency plan; Respond to information requests from authorized members; Test new database systems and software updates.
Skills and qualifications needed for the positions are as follows:
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
Attention to detail
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Ability to work-time constraints.
Social Media Manager
The social media manager represents our company and our clients by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Running company social media advertising campaigns.
Formulating high-quality novel was written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Website Designer & Developer
The Website Designer & Developer will develop our consumer-product brand and also our e-commerce website. Assist with ongoing visual and functional maintenance on the site. Work with the development team to keep the website up-to-date. Create or improve digital and physical brand assets.
Website Designer & Developer Responsibilities
Designing advertising content
Designing product packaging
Designing webpage layout
Creating content for e-commerce website
Creating content for email campaigns
Designing digital & physical book covers and landing pages
Shopify; app integrations, theme setup & maintenance, content management, custom page creation.
