There are TONS of developer jobs out there. But not all jobs are created equal.
Some jobs might give you a flexible working schedule but don’t provide any learning or training opportunities.
Others might be at young and exciting startups that don’t offer any long-term stability.
Then there are the jobs that offer promotions and new challenges but have a team leader micromanaging and constantly looking over your shoulder.
At Vision Tech Team (VTT), you’ll get all of these benefits without any of the usual downsides.
So if you’re a WordPress and Shopify Developer looking for your dream job, this page could literally change the course of your career. But only if you keep reading.
Who We Are
Vision Tech Team helps online businesses build and improve their marketing funnels.
There are many marketing agencies out there that might seem similar to ours. But we’re the only ones with a unique mix of high-end design, high-tech, and marketing expertise all in one team.
This has allowed our marketing funnels to generate over $100,000,000 in sales for our clients. (And we expect this number to multiply soon.)
So business is booming. That’s why we’re looking for a new WordPress and Shopify Developer that can help us meet the growing demand for our services.
But what’s in it for you, and why would you want to join us?
4 Reasons To Join Vision Tech Team As A WordPress And Shopify Developer
1. Develop An Always-In-Demand Skill Set
WordPress and Shopify are huge. WordPress powers 40% of the internet. And over a million businesses in 175 countries use Shopify.
These businesses are always looking for people with development skills that match their tech-stack to help start and grow their companies.
In this job, you’ll build WordPress and Shopify sites and funnels for our clients every day. So even if you’re already great at WordPress and Shopify, your skills will skyrocket after just a few months with us.
Join us and develop an always-in-demand skill set.
2. Let Your Problem-Solving Skills Shine
At Vision Tech Team, we care about what’s important to our clients: website speed, ease of use, and mobile responsiveness.
These are the expectations, but the path you take to get there is up to you. You’re free to try things out and change your approach based on what works.
Whatever your style is, you won’t lose it when you join our team.
So if you’re passionate about finding solutions to interesting problems, you’ll feel right at home at VTT.
3. Work Independently
We don’t believe in micromanaging or looking over your shoulder. We trust in your skills and experience to deliver the quality our clients expect.
We only care that the work gets done on time and meets our clients’ needs. You’ll receive a list of tasks from your Project Manager, and we expect you to get it done.
It’s as simple as that.
Need to step out to run an errand? Go for it. Have to pick up the kids from school? That’s ok, too.
Don’t worry. You will have opportunities to get to know your fellow team. But most of the time, you’ll work by yourself and will be in charge of how and when you do it.
Working independently isn’t for everyone, but if it’s your thing, then this is the job for you.
4. Support For Learning
Our developers are ninjas, but we don’t expect them to know everything. After all, the best developers are those who continuously improve their skills.
We provide our team access to online courses, seminars, and personal mentorship because we value constant improvement.
It keeps our knowledge fresh, our skills sharp, and our confidence booming. And that’s exactly what our clients expect.
So if you have a specific area you want to improve, let us know, and we’ll help you do so.
Join our team and get the support needed to take your skills to the next level.
