About the job
Customer happiness is one of our top priorities. As our first customer support hire, your job will be to focus on all things related to customer happiness including:
Helping customers with setup and onboarding Answering questions about our apps and what they can do Writing documentation (both internal and external) for common support topics Checking in with customers to maximize their success Promoting new features to customers Reaching out to cancelations to help improve our products
Our apps are used by thousands of Shopify merchants, so your contributions will have a big impact. You’ll also be able to help shape the processes and tools we use to provide the best customer experience possible.
At least 2 years of experience supporting technical products A passion for helping others, always offering to go above and beyond to help a customer achieve their goals using our apps An excellent communicator, both written and verbal Ability to work productively with little supervision Comfortable modifying HTML and CSS Available to work 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time
