You’ll be Working on:
Working closely with our Product Managers, Designers and Engineering team to develop a product strategy to meet our customers’ requirements.
Continuing to define our product vision and prioritizing product features.
Drive new feature developments from start to finish.
Conduct customer discovery using curiosity and empathy to develop a strategic roadmap.
Create features our customers love and need.
Conduct competitive analysis and become an expert on our competitors.
Communicate the product strategy within the organization.
Consistently integrate data and customer feedback into our product decisions.
You Should Have:
2-3 years of B2B SaaS experience working as a Product Manager.
Previous work in a start-up environment is a plus.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus.
Data driven- able to measure success metrics after launches.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable meeting with customers to understand their product needs and perform product demos.
Ability to discuss and train sales and customer success on product changes.
Strong technical background.
