We’re seeking a dynamic, scrappy entrepreneur to join as our first Business Development Representative that will own the challenge of selling 6 Megawatts of hosting capacity at our new state of the art West TX mining facility. Responsibilities will range from lead generation and conversion to digital marketing and partnership development with the ultimate goal of selling out our new facility as fast as possible. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the founding team that has deep experience building and scaling successful startups.
In this role you will:
Generate leads and build relationships with new prospective clients
Tackle inbound leads efficiently; qualify, develop price quotes and close sales
Proactively manage a pipeline of leads, assisting with emails/ follow up as needed
Maintain relationships and increase the value of current customers
Collaborate with marketing partners to maximize referral flow and ensure Bolt Mining’s offering is competitively positioned
Grow Bolt Mining’s client list through thoughtful outreach campaigns via email and social media (e.g. Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Twitter etc)
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Contribute to the creative direction and ongoing evolution of our product offering
Own the challenge of selling 6 Megawatts of hosting capacity at our new West TX facility
What you’ll bring
You have at least 1+ years of sales development experience in the tech sector ideally within decentralized finance or enterprise saas
You have a strong interest in crypto and the adoption of blockchain in finance.
You have strong phone presence with ability to engage, hold and maintain interest
You’re proficient with Zendesk or another modern CRM
You have experience interfacing with sophisticated buyer personas
You’re a self-starter who is unafraid to question assumptions and suggest improvements
You are competitive in nature, yet a team player in spirit
You self-identify as one or more of the following: creative, humble, ambitious, detail-oriented, hardworking, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action-oriented, and tenacious.
