Listing presentations, coordination and updates
Research buyer & seller leads
Update your CRM with notes on leads
Collecting feedback from your clients and team members
Follow up with leads
Fluent in researching comparable sales and giving offers on properties
Responding to emails
Setting up meetings
Managing your calendar
Personal admin (holiday cards, organizing family events, etc.)
Answer phone calls/callbacks
This will begin as a part time job and move into a full-time position as you prove yourself capable to handle these tasks.
You will be expected to complete your tasks Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Eastern US Time.
*You must have excellent speaking and writing English skills.
*You must consistently have an excellent internet connection.
*You must be able to Video Skype or Zoom.
*You must work during my work hours.
*You must be comfortable with data entry and be willing to learn how to use tools like Podio, Slybroadcast, Google Docs, Google Voice, CallRail, Vumber, Mailchimp, Craigslist, Zillow, Skype, Zoom, and E-mail.
