Job Description

Champion Packaging and Distribution seeks to hire a Systems Administrator to assist our current team. The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience installing, managing, and supporting Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10, VPNs, Cisco switches, and routers. Need to have great written, verbal, technical communications skills and great interpersonal/social skills. Pay rate determined by experience.


Maintaining Microsoft server’s systems and software
Perform server installations and server administration setup
Maintain and manage Active Directory Services & Group Policies
Implementing functional network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
Maintain local area network, wide area network, and wireless network
Maintain network documentation, configuration, network diagrams, and processes
Provide Window 10 user support, network connectivity, or related network issues
Recommend server and desktop hardware and software
Assist with network capacity planning to meet network requirements and network growth
Manage Corporate Wi-Fi systems and VPN’s and security infrastructure
Manage server performance, database servers, web servers, and domain resources
Troubleshoot problems with server hardware and applications software
Configure network equipment and servers


5-7 years experience working in the IT field
Experience working in a Server Support/Network Administration role.
Have a broad knowledge of and the ability to perform troubleshooting on Active Directory, Group Policy, and managing PCs in an enterprise environment.
Technical certifications a plus: MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA, A+, etc.
An Associate’s degree or its equivalent
