I am seeking assistance with developing various advanced features within Filevine for my law firm. I need help using the customs editor to "automate" or "standardize" different parts of files – data entry collected from clients, task lists, reminders, etc.
More specifically, I need:
1. Develop project templates for various types of legal files (real estate, corporate, etc.)
2. Develop Sections for each type of file and sub-category (i.e., real estate purchase, real estate sale)
3. Develop widgets for data entry within various Sections
4. Create doc generation templates for various legal matters (i.e., introduction letter, retainer agreements, etc.)
5. Prepare deadline chains and reminders for various Project types
I have multiple types of files, so the work would be ongoing until we satisfied all of the various types of files. Ongoing work will be needed to update and maintain files on a go forward basis after development.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
