Virtual Assistant – CRM Experience Required – Upwork

A Canadian insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with good knowledge of Zoho Customer Relations Management (CRM) software and should be well versed in uploading /allocating leads for the business development department, generating CRM reports, worked with Excel, Word, Adobe etc. In addition, sending preset client proposals, basic knowledge of Graphic design – modifying & designing brochures. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator shall be an added qualification. Ideal candidate should be available at a minimum 15-20 hours per week. The job may require to work upto 25 hours per week in certain weeks. You can work at your own hours but have to be available for job assignments over zoom.
